WEEKLY LESSONS–  Weekly ColdRush lessons focus on hockey’s most important skill, SKATING! Power, speed, agility, quickness, stopping, and balance, all done with and without the puck, are among the many skills covered. The instruction progression moves from fundamental in September to fine tuning in June, as the students train weekly throughout the season.
